It’s been a couple days since we’ve Kept Up with the Joneses… let’s see what’s going on, shall we?
You’d think the one with all the cooking skills would be doing all the cooking, but Dan really loves his cheap-ass grill. And despite the smoke, the dinner turns out amazing!
This is probably a good thing, because as Arielle’s pregnancy progresses, he winds up cooking more, or just grabbing ‘something from the fridge.’
After a long and somewhat pregnancy compared to both her other two, Arielle gives birth to a set of twin boys. Cade and Evan.
Naturally, Dan felt the need to sink all the rest of their savings into some upgrades on the house. It is now a 3-bedroom, 2-bath one-story home with a modest little den/skilling room.
The garden got re-arranged, too. All it really needs now is a swimming pool. Good thing Dan doesn’t know about those, huh?
The family gathers in the new nursery to greet their new arrivals.
Having twins wasn’t easy. They took up all of everyone’s time. Made a lot of noise. All the time. When they weren’t sleeping. Boy! Were they adorable when they were sleeping!
(On a side note, I personally adore the baby interactions. Especially the fact that children can interact with them! It’s awesome!)
Despite the twins, Arielle manages to progress in both her career and her lifetime aspirations… and here she is preparing for a dinner party. It’s just her, Dan, Dina Caliente and Bob Pancakes, but it was awesome!
(And no, no pictures. Sims 4 is kicking my butt trying to learn the ropes of all the new scenarios and how to accomplish things. I zoom out so I can see everything and just don’t get back in to get pics. And the events call for a lot of micro-managing! Next Gen I will try harder, no that I’m figuring things out!)
Dan celebrated his elder birthday. He is still handsome… however both he and Arielle have put on a bit of weight. You wouldn’t think it with all that gardening he does, but he has.
And now, the countdown to Choosing an Heir is on.
Speaking of heirs, the last two potentials aged up pretty much unnoticed while their family was going about their lives.
Meet Evan Jones…
and Cade Jones…
Both boys have their mother’s eyes, Dan’s hair… and I think his good looks.
