Reluctantly and somewhat awkwardly, Delilah joined a singles group, where she met this guy. Mehdi Mounib. Which Google tells us is pronounced ‘Meh-hedi Moon-ah-bay.’ Their relationship started out pretty rough, because Delilah is a bit on the Unflirty, but eventually, they got to a point where Mehdi moved in and they got married.
Delilah began a career in Politics and Mehdi, as it turns out, is a writer. 🙂
Event Roll #21 was to Move to Another Town. All the town names were put into The Random Thing Picker and soon, the family was headed to the only open lot in Magnolia Promenade.
Where they were greeted to an empty lot and their only neighbors are busy businesses. Since we’re already past the point in the Legacy where you have to live on an empty lot, and the family has a healthy $200k in the bank after selling their old house, they quickly found someone to build them a decent looking new home.
It’s a smaller lot and not a lot of room for the things a growing family really needs, like a yard for a garden or playground equipment, but it’s still nice, and shortly after moving in, Delilah makes the announcement that she is, in fact, pregnant with her first child.
That last day or two was pretty rough. Neither of her moms had really prepared Delilah for giving birth, not really. After being in labor almost all day, she gives birth to a beautiful baby girl, whom they named Elyssa.
Elyssa is very spoiled, having both parents, two uncles and her grandparents in the house.
Of course, Cierra and Meaghan aren’t your average grandmothers. They blog, play video games and do all sorts of other cool things!
Finally, it’s time for Damien’s birthday. He is now a Young Adult, and has made plans to move in with his brother, Darren while he looks for a place of his own. Best of luck, Damien!
