The morning finds Dan heading out to look for more frogs, vegetation and collectibles. This turns out to be a bit of a mistake. I don’t think We’ll be doing that very often.
He spies this old well, which from a distance looked a lot like The Sword in the Stone, but from up close just looks like… well, an old well.
He checks it out and finds a new species of frog. And sold it, because he needs the money. A lot of money.

Back home, Dan busies himself by planting the seeds and various wild vegetables he found on his hike. Yes, he did all this in his jammies and bunny slippers. *g*
He was getting a little green around the gills, though… no literally, because of all the strenuous work, he had this green funk floating around him and you all know what that means… off to the local gym to get a shower!

Once Dan is looking and feeling a bit more like himself, he takes the time to meet a few of the locals, and immediately strikes up a conversation with this woman… Arielle Poindexter.

Arielle is new to Oasis Springs, too, and in fact, doesn’t even have a home. (Score! Future spouse material!) She’s also getting pretty funky from working out, but neither of them seem to mind. They talk and flirt for a while, and the foundation is laid rather quickly for a friendship.
Afterward, Dan goes home to burn a few burgers on the grill. Yum!
And here… just because that’s where I ran out of pictures… one last look at Dan gardening in his bunny slippers.
